Prepaid blocks of time are a great way for the Home user or Small Business to gain the benefits of a rate discount by purchasing a block of time in advance. This is suitable for customers who know they will need support on a regular basis. The Home user could purchase smaller blocks of time for a bi-weekly cleaning or the monthly defragmenting.
AlaskaTech
would keep track of hours used and deduct them from the block of remaining time. A regular statement of work will allow the customer to also track the usage of the time block
Time blocks can be purchased in blocks of 5, 10, and 20 or more hours depending on need. When a customer nears the end of the time block, he/she may purchase additional blocks or consider one of the other service plans available.
With the purchase of a block of time, the customer gets the full range of maintenance and support services provided by AlaskaTech.

Rates for prepaid service blocks are as follow:
05 hour block - $370 $74.00/hr
10 hour block - $690 ($50 savings) $69.00/hr versus
$74.00/hr .
20 hour block - $1280 ($200 savings) $64.00/hr versus
$74.00/hr
